Had a phone interview with the recruiter. The call seemed to go well apart from the discussion of OTE (lower than my expectations). Got an email after to say not moving forward with no explanation- assuming it is over the OTE discussion.

Zoom interview with a sales manager - General chat about the company and role. Asked some easy questions, sales style, and previous sales experience. The interview was about 30 mins long
