First there was a screening interview, then I got called back for an in-person interview at their HQ.
At the in-person interview, I went through 9 interview sessions. In the morning there was a technical interview, a role-playing session, and a bunch of "tell me about a time you..." questions - pretty standard. Then I had lunch with someone from the program from the previous year's ILP. After lunch there was another technical interview, met with some managers, then gave a technical presentation (I was told about this in advance).
They never called/emailed me back with a rejection or offer, which is very frustrating, but they did give me a free dimmer switch.
