Applied online. Got an email from a recruiter for a skype interview. Skype interview was not video call it was just an audio call with a text editor. Asked some get to know questions and then shared some codes and circuits to debug and analyze. Some more technical questions mentioned below. 3-4 days later got an email from a different recruiter with an invitation for an onsite interview at Coopersburg headquarters.
Amazing stay at Hyatt place and very nice private car service with driver. The driver dropped me from Newark airport to Hotel (2 hr drive) and a different driver picked me up in the morning next day. She took me to the office and then the day started. 4 interviews. 1 project/thesis presentation. 1 technical interview with 2 engineers(one very experienced and one engineer with 3+yrs experience). Lunch interview with one more experienced engineer. Then one Lutron special roleplay interview where they give you a customer situation and you have to find out the problem and try to solve it. Ver unique and interesting round. Then was escorted to front desk where driver was waiting for us. He took me to the airport. And the day ended.
Overall, an amazing experience and they make you feel very special and good during the whole interview process. All the people I met were super friendly and amazing. Just waiting for the response now.

Technical interview, they asked me two technical questions and some questions about my projects. One was a question to see my thought process, the other was a coding question in any language I preferred. A week later I received an email asking for a second interview

Applied several times. Was requested for an interview twice, in two different years, and got ghosted both the times. If you commit to an interview with a time, please follow up at least with a cancellation notice.

One phone interview scheduled after four days of getting mail from the company. Applied online. Overall Experience was really good. The technical round was average. The company is really good to work on various embedded products such as leds and etc.
