Met at the Career Fair, called me for an interview the next day. The interview process was slightly different than most companies. Although they asked a few behavioral questions, they asked me technical questions based on my major. At the very end they handed me a pen and paper and asked me a riddle (IQ question) which took me 10 minutes to solve. They don't necessarily look for the right answer, just to learn more about your thought process. This type of interview was something I had never done before so it was an experience to learn from.
