Submitted my application at the beginning of August, received a notification email in mid-October, two rounds of video interviews (first round: 1h + virtual onsite: 3h).
Its interview process is different from any other company.
The interviewers are friendly and all interview questions are easy to find online but it's quite hard to prepare in advance. You must have strong communication skills and a solid foundation. I think it's more like to find someone that suits the culture of the company better, rather than one with a quite strong technical background as many other big internet companies do. Anyway, a special experience.

Follow-up question: how to write the program without for/while loop? (recursion)
Room A and Room B are two separate rooms. There are 3 switches in A and 3 light bulbs in B. How can you decide which switch is used to control which light bulb when you are in A and are allowed to get into A only once?
Round 2 (3h):
The first 75-80 minutes
Design a scheduler with three modes, draw its UI first and then design SQL database schemas to satisfy all the requirements.
The next 80-90 minutes
Role play:
You are a new hire of the product support team and today is the first day. Your mentor is busy with a meeting and leaves the office immediately after he leads you to the office (without introduction). While he wants you to solve the problem of a few discolored dimmers quality issue complained by a distributor in Atalanta. What should you do?
Follow-up question: what are the things you've done that you think should be improved just now?

I have completed 2 rounds till now and waiting for my result.
Round 1(1hr): LC easy-medium question.
Round 2(hrs): There were 2 parts. The first part consists of System Design and the second part consists of Roleplay round.
The interviewer was very helpful, understanding and friendly. It was really a great experience.

Round 1(1hr): LC easy-medium question. Discussion on resume.
Round 2(2 hrs): There were 2 parts. The first part consists of App UI Design & low level design and the second part consisted of a roleplay scenario.
The interviewers were helpful & understanding.

Colloquio
I applied online and the process took about a month. There were a total of two interviews consisting of technical and behavioral rounds.
The first interview was with a Software Engineer at Lutron. I had to program multiple solutions (iterative and recursive) for the FizzBuzz problem, and I was asked questions based on the code that I had written.
The second interview consisted of two parts. For the first part, I was interviewed by two engineers, and I was asked to design the UI for a schedular app. I was asked questions about the design choices that I made and I was asked to design a database for storing all the information for the app. For the second part of the interview, I spoke to two other engineers at Lutron and they had me do a role-playing exercise where I had to pretend like I was an employee at Lutron and I was given a problem to solve.
