Phone scan by an HR person, short and sweet. Then, a three hour interview consisting of three parts: a somewhat technical assessment, a roleplay, and a personal interview. Then, a two-hour online test, followed by another three hour round interview. I dropped the interview process before the test, so I'm not sure what the test and second round look like.
