Extensive interview process. Round 1: 30-minute interview with recruiter. Round 2: 30-minute interview with department supervisor. Round 3: 3-hour interview with multiple team members, which included an assessment I was unaware of, and a role play exercise. This interview process was extremely time consuming and quite a disappointment to go through all stages and not receive an offer. The people were, however, friendly to speak with.

Lutron seemed like a company I was looking for so I applied myself when I was reached out by a their private recruiting team. I was not offered anything as they claimed that my job history did not support longevity. I've supplied context regarding the small gaps in my employment history. Currently I've been with a company for several years and that longevity was not considered. I feel based on that feedback everyone should be aware of this. If you advance yourself in life to seek advanced opportunities, steer away from companies similar or like Lutron as they do not consider several years of current employment as valid job longevity The company wants to grab hold and not provide opportunities to those that show their worth at their current establishments. Based on former and current employers, I may have dodged a bullet with this company as management seems to not be up to par. For those who are rejected in the future, I hope this review is read for those that have or will experience the same outcome.
