I had several interview for different projects. Usually interview include two parts: technical interview and interview with project/program manager. Questions on interview with Project Manager mostly was about soft skills, how can resolve different issue with distributed team. Technical interview included question about multithreading, algorithms complexity and so on. Nothing special. Both interviews were via phone, because I was interviewed to Krakow, while I was in Russian. Feedback I got very quickly. In 1-2 days.

I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
