Interview through cv from known person and i get called for interview then i havebeen called for interview then the process goes with the flow.. interviewer was late.. was waiting for two hours

Messy and unstructured.
Interviewer kept talking non-stop, giving instructions without letting candidate read the question to process the question.
Question was also phrased extremely poorly, requiring many rounds of clarification.
