1st technical round - the interview experience is pretty bad, The interviee came up and started asking questions in a pretty bad pace where she was looking for bookish answers rather than concepts. Felt like you are in school and does reminds me of my school viva, maybe worst than that in some aspect.
2nd managerial round - Much more productive interview, where the processes and strategies you have implemented in your work is asked

Just google interview questions with all the skills there in your resume & you are being interviewed on. You learn those and tell them, they will be happy.
Learn the code, they don’t care about your coding standards nor about the algorithms.

Advertencia sobre el proceso de entrevista: Apliqué a una vacante de SDET en Java. Noté que en LinkedIn publican constantemente vacantes, pero no recibí respuesta tras postularme por el portal. Solo obtuve contacto al escribir directamente por correo.
Mis recomendaciones si estás considerando iniciar proceso con Luxoft en México:
Solicita que tu entrevista en inglés sea realizada por alguien con dominio del idioma. En mi caso, me evaluó un desarrollador Java cuyo nivel de inglés percibí como limitado, lo que pudo haber influido negativamente.
Me entrevistó un desarrollador para una vacante de QA (SDET), lo cual me pareció inusual, ya que son perfiles técnicos distintos.
Sugiero confirmar desde el inicio si recibirás retroalimentación. En mi experiencia, solo supe del rechazo tras enviar un correo solicitando respuesta, y no obtuve feedback detallado.

It was an awesome interview process. HR is very professional and sweet. She arranged 2 rounds of interviews on time and gave the results ASAP. There were 2 rounds, one is Technical and another one is with Hiring Manager.
