1. 30 min interview with HR 2. 1 hour technical interview with outsource java engineer 3. 30 min interview with manager On the technical interview it was VERY difficult to understand the interviewer because of pronunciation. I declined further interviews after talking with manager, because I realised that I'd not be a good fit for theirs work culture.

I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
