They reached out to me via LinkedIn and after a few screening questions the decided to arrange the meeting with manager and later on present my resume to the customer. Everything went smoothly and after a week from the first contact I had a review with the customer. After a wek and a half I got the feedback that the customer decided to move on with another candidate. They were very supportive and available during requirement process with went quickly and efficiently

Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn only, sent me a number of questions in advance. Never actually spoke with the recruiter on the phone, only on Linkedin. Got scheduled for a 45 min interview with a manager then another shorter one with a more senior leader. Was supposed to do one more interview with the client, then two weeks went by, multiple check is with the recruiter later I'm told they are not filling the role anymore. Huge waste of time that went on for about a month if not longer.
