First one with the HR person then with someone from the team, we did a couple of tests, talked about theory, soft skills and tech skills. The team lead was very nice even though I clearly wasn't ready for that position just yet.

it can vary, they care only about client response. so you mostlikely do different rounds for the company and then for client, if the client does not want you even if you exceed luxoft interview it does not matter

The interviewer asked questions related to modern C++ and its standards. It was a nice and well thought interview on the fundamentals of the language as well as software development principles. The interviewer was clear in their questions and followup questions about the job were also well thought.
