Previous experience in optical store.
Technical knowledge about lenses
Two rounds of interview happend,face to face customer dealing is required by this role.long working hours during weekend,no weekends off.
Sitting with manager and asking general questions from a manual. Very casual atmosphere. Must have customer service experience. Speaking about being a team player is important to the role. If there's a genuine interest in the role you're hired.
Interview process was alright at first, but the regional manager that eventually hired me would not return my repeated calls over a two and a half week period. It was very frustrating.
