I applied through an employee referral. I heard back the very next day from the recruiting manager and was scheduled for a phone screen the following week. After that phone screen, I was given an "operations test" that was a timed 90 minute exam ranging from excel and math questions to essay questions. After I took the test, I did one more phone screen and then was invited on site for a day of interviews. I interviewed with 5 people on site and also gave a presentation that I had prepped in a short notice to the hiring manager. Everyone was extremely friendly! I ended up getting an offer the next day. :)

Why Lyft? Why do you want to leave your current job? What do you hope to gain from this experience?
Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day

Operational processes and data insight adaptability
Math test, excel test, and 2 rounds of online interview, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager of the location you are expected to work from. At the end I asked them what their concerns were and they did not answer

Four step interview process starting with an analytics test and ending with a set of 4 interviews and a 45 minute presentation based on a prompt provided ahead of time. Recruiting team made the process smooth, efficient, and were highly responsive. The whole process took just over a month.
