Brief and intuitive group introduction to the company, followed by a fast paced speed dating style interview process with 3 different Lyft associates. The next interview I ran thru a few mock calls then met with 2 more lyft associates.
Ultimately the entire process, tho very different than any other I had experienced, made me feel strangely comfortable. The team was all super friendly, but at the same time very strong and confident. I truly can't wait to get to know more of my co-workers.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
