The interview process was fun, brief, and educational. I sent in my CV online and was contacted by email the next day. The following day I had a preliminary phone call. The day after that, I went in to the Lyft HQ in Nashville for a group interview. There were 4 other candidates and the interviewer. We had a presentation, and speed round interviews (like speed dating) with members of their Lyft CX team. When I was done with those, they had us submit a writing sample. Then it was over. Received the offer the following day via email.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
