I applied online and was contacted that same week by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went really well and I was excited to be invited for an in person interview at the Lyft HQ. I came in to the HQ and the recruiter gave me a goodie bag and a glass of water and a hand written card. The in-person interview was three hours and I spoke to six people, some over skype and some in person. It was really long and I was nervous and got tired. Overall, I feel privileged to have been invited in person because that must mean they liked me, but I don't think it was a good fit.

Week 1 - 1 phone screen, and written assignment Week 2 - 3 back-to-back google hangouts Week 3 - 2 in person interviews & 1 google hangout All interviews took place on Fridays which leads me to believe why the process took 3 weeks. Seems like they were ready to move quickly, but with scheduling it is not always easy! Great interviews everyone was charming and true to themselves. Once they decided I was qualified all interview questions were personality/get to know you better questions.
