Colloquio
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, another phone interview with the Assistant Controller (hiring manager), and then onsite interviews with 5 team members. I interviewed with the Assistant Controller, Director of Technical Accounting, and senior members from FP&A, Procurement, and Finance. I think it would have been beneficial to also interview with a few peers.
I had an interview with the recruiter, and she told me the interview would happen with the manager next, but a week later recruiter said they already hired someone else for the role!
