They sent me an interview schedule, where I would meet with 6 people within the company for 30 minute increments each. This would have been fine, but some of the questions were the same and some questions were kind of bizarre (especially for a 3 hour interview) so I found myself providing the same answers to 2 or 3 people at times. Also, each interviewer asked anywhere from 4-6 questions each. The entire interview lasts for about 3-3.5 hours because some of them ran past the time limits they set on the schedule they provided. I think they should change this process and do panel interviews, or at least make sure that all interviewers have different questions, and possibly limit the number of questions each person asks. They should have less questions, but make them more specific so that they can get the information they are looking in less time. The recruiter noted that they would contact everyone by the end of the following day, and they did.

There are 3 phases. First, you will speak with a recruiter. If they decide you're a good match then you will meet with the hiring manager. Lastly, you will have to do an interview with the team You interview with each member individually and each session is 45 minutes.
