Questions were fumbling and seemed ill-tailored to the specific position. I felt like the process was disjointed and kinda disrespectful really. Took over 2 months to actually set up a date and time, and then when interview time came, the questions were close-ended and often turned into explanations. Felt like most of the time allotted for the interview went to the interviewer(s). It then took recruiter over two weeks to return message, and then was late twice or did not return a call when he said he would. No explanation or apology. I am cool with chalking this up to a fast moving project, but I would also chalk some of this up to disrespect --- someone maybe they determined as a less-than top-level candidate. Hurt a little.
