Pretty easy, mainly questions about people and what I liked to do. They also asked me how I would personalize the experience, make it my own. This was back when there were more "theme" Lyft cars. The interview process began with a ten to fifteen minute phone screening, after which I was asked to come to the office for an in-person interview which consisted of a cattle call of about 25 other people. We were then called in to do one on one interviews with recruiters. The questions were all mainly about my interests and why do I think I'd make a good Lyft driver.
