Interview process was easy. The recruiter was really enthusiastic and talked the company up. Then I met with the CEO who seemed like he wants to find a reason you pay you the very least and he tests candidates to see if they're even worth the money. I was even asked to fill out a sheet showing a salary history which shouldn't have been done. The overall interaction with the CEO left me feeling like if I accepted their offer, I would deeply regret it.

Interview was very informal. CEO and I were more or less feeling each other out. Asks what my end-term goals were and education. Being someone that was transitioning out of the military, he asked about challenges and experiences I gained from the service. After the phone interview, spoke to the HR rep. Processing takes weeks and considering that the majority of their projects are DOD contracts, you're usually waiting long periods of time with no progress.
