The interview was great! I was interview by four people and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Each person told their turn asking me questions. They asked questions about myself, past jobs, hobbies, interests, examples of different situations I've experience in the past, why I want to work at Lyondellbasell, etc. The interview lasted around thirty minutes.

Small panel. Mainly asked generic questions not industry specific other then what does a operator do? I believe also what was something mechanical you've done recently. That is all I got
Asked basic personality questions. Use Star Method for answers. 3 person panel interview. Initially had a phone interview. 2nd Interview was done through zoom or teams. I believe you go through 3 interviews before you are selected.

Interviews were based on work history, experience, situational behaviors, technical knowledge. Interviewers were professional and friendly. The interview process confirmed my desire to work for the company. Overall, good interview process. That is it.
