Phone interview with HR asking basic behavioral questions. Several weeks later an in-person interview with two hiring staff, followed by a panel interview and test on a glass unit several weeks later.

Very thorough interview process. After applying, you will recieve email for short in person interview asking basic questions. If you do well, you will get second interview where you will be interviewed by three separate groups. Following the interviews, you will perform a series of tests on a pilot plant with other people who are also trying to get the job. They want to see teamwork, troubleshooting skills, and overall communication to see how you work with others.
