usual star method process overall. easy interview. know some technical stuff and discuss teamwork. People were nice and easy to speak to overall. Prior co-ops help a lot especially in the chemicla industry.

2 rounds of interviews. The first round was a phone screen discussing the role and the requirements of the job. Second round was a video call interview with behavioral questions, no technical component.

Standard process for an in-person interview. Questions were more challenging than I anticipated but I was provided time to think through the questions and was not rushed. Overall the interview went well.

Interview was in person with a 4 person panel from the site. Interview questions were challenging but they offered plenty of time to answer each question. I was given the opportunity to ask questions once they were finished.
