I had a phone conversation with someone who would be forwarding my information to the clinical director. I followed up a week later and received no email back. I followed up 3 weeks later and still received no email back. I was referred to Lyra by a tech employee who wanted to work with me so I wasn't worried about whether I was approved or not but their professionalism is severely lacking. Even if I wasn't approved, they could have at least had the decency to email me back. I've told everyone in my therapist community to run far far away from them, their lack of professionalism this early in the process is a HUGE red flag.
Online interview with one Lyra supervisor. Most of the interview was them explaining how their process works. They were also asking about counseling theories and what population your clients are.

So far I have done 2 initial interviews with an LMFT and they've gone well. I am looking at all the schedule options for the part time position and they're plentiful in variety. I am going to do the clinical interview shortly so I will update soon.

The interview process was pretty straight forward, but there is a portion that you have to role play. Role playing is very awkward, but it's even more awkward when you have to do it by yourself with someone just staring at you. Not only is role playing a very outdated interview model, but it's incredibly unnatural. It was 100% the most awkward experience I've ever had in an interview.

Typical questions, but the role playing was more about here is a client and their concern....go. Very uncomfortable.
