Standard interview process for the role with an initial HR screening, multiple panel interviews, and a writing assignment. Initially, the process was moving very quickly and communication was consistent. But after submitting a writing assignment, I did not receive any communication regarding my status in the interview process and I never heard from the company again, even after following up. I find it off-putting that I wasn't given any update when I was that deep in the interview process.

Initial interview went well and I was selected for a second interview. The second interview was scheduled with 2 senior PR roles on the team. I joined the meeting at the scheduled time, no one else joined the meeting. After 15 minutes of waiting, the HR manager joined and then told me that one of the managers was stuck on a call and would not be able to meet with me today. The second manager did join shortly after for a quick conversation. I was ghosted after this conversation after reaching out to reschedule with the manager who could not meet with me.

1 phone interview, 1 interview with 2 seniors, 1 writing test, 1 interview with vp and another senior. HR barely reply emails when you're not the top candidate. This is not very respectful when you did many interviews and do not receive any feedback of the reason of the rejection.
