Initial interview went very well and was made to feel comfortable, especially with the questions asked and the interest of the interviewer. The second interview was not something I would want anyone to be subjected to. It is one thing to question a prospective employee about their experience but it is quite another to decide that someones experience is not important or relevant.

I expected to be asked how I could be a benefit to the company and whether my previous experience would be beneficial to performing the required duties. None of that was asked. My previous experience was brought into question and whether that was worthwhile. Very sorry that I submitted my resume and will look elsewhere.
We were very sorry to hear that you had such an uncomfortable experience during your interview with the manager for the position. We have discussed this internally and are hopeful that you know that we greatly appreciated your time and interest in us.
