M&T Bank reached out to schedule a phone screen for a HRBP role. Unfortunately, this was not a real opening. They had posted a job after acquiring a local bank and couldn't proceed with an interview until after what they decided to do with the existing staff. The posting was disingenuous. Conducting an interview for a disingenuous is even worse!

I experienced a very genuine interview process. The people are very down to earth and I had an overall positive experience. I would definitely say that this was one of the top interview experiences of my career.
