The interview lasted close to 1:30 Hrs with the Chief HR Officer . The discussion was largely over CV and past achievements. The discussion checked on my knowledge and also sometime drifted towards trivial things. All in all the process looked unorganized where the interviewee accusing me of doctoring my CV to fit the role. The JD was never shared. Still I answered all questions to the best of my ability.
