Nice guy interviewed me. The job was less about marketing and more about sales, however. I decided not to go through with the full day shadow interview because I don't was to go to businesses coercing them to do anything. B2B only sales work though which isn't as bad. Probably good experience for people who are into that kind of thing.

The first interview was just a quick conversation. It was very easy. The second interview was an all day interview that shows you what the job actually is. Even though it sucked to be on an all day interview (as if an hour wouldn't have been enough), I actually appreciated that I got to see exactly what the job entailed. It was door to door sales, which is not my cup of tea. The guy I shadowed for the interview was nice enough. The other comments that mentioned pyramid schemes aren't far off. Your boss gets a portion of your sales commission. This place probably isn't an exact pyramid scheme, but it definitely seemed like an omega-level shady company.

They were actually very professional throughout the process with two different people keeping in touch with me, telling me exactly what i needed to know and were very concise. It was a long and drawn out process with 3 different tests/quizzes, and these practice rounds of trying to sell to your other new hire coworkers. It seemed like a very high turn over just based on the interview process.

Most difficult question was why do you think you can sell a cell phone subscription to someone that's already in a contract
