It was brief and the interviewer asked some standard questions. Though the interview did mention they are primarily looking for people to work in Beijing and no relocation option. There are 2 rounds of interviews. Some questions were: Why you'd want to work at MAD? Tell me about yourself? What experiences do you have?

The interview took place soon after I applied online. I was first contacted by the office manager and scheduled for a personal interview. The personal interview was with one of the associates and several questions were made to assess the design approach and modelling tools. After that, I again met the office manager to answer several personal questions.
