On the company website I applied for the job. I have already filled in the Predictive Indicator test for an earlier application to Maersk. A few hours later I got an email invitation to an online questionnaire. It was two pages where I simply had to choose checkboxes on how other people see me (like passionate, hard working etc.), and then the next page how I see myself. A bit strange, because who would choose words like "submissive"? About 10 days later an HR person / screener interviewed me for half an hour about general things, and then said I might receive an invitation for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. So another HR person called me and scheduled a time. I then met the manager and was interviewed for ½ hour face-to-face.
