Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MAERSK (Poona) nel mese di mar 2010
Colloquio
There were in total 6 interviews. First was the IQ/Skills/Personality Test. Then there was an HR round. After the HR round was over they told us to either wait for 3-4 hours or come the next day as the Operations Manager was busy. I decided to wait because I didnt want to waste another day. Finally the operations round started with the General Manager taking the interview. The interview went for an hour. The questions were about the previous experience. Then there were chain of interview with on shore counterparts where we spoke about my previous experiences and my current role and responsibilities. Each interview went for a couple of hours. There was a panel interview, a video conference and also 1:1.

What would you do, if you are in a situation where in you are requesting for a certain input from a very senior person in the management and he is not replying back to your emails, phone calls etc. And this input is crucial for you to meet a deadline.
