I submitted the application online on the 23rd January and received an e-mail from the HR one day after for a telephone interview. The telephone interview went quite smoothly. There were just standard questions about 1) can you describe yourself 2) why the jump 3) what's your salary level. It took 45 minutes and in the end the HR suggested he send my profile to the hiring manager. Then shortly after I went to the face to face interview with the hiring manager. The whole process was within one month. The hiring manager rang to me two weeks later and gave me a personal message that she did not choose me but someone else. She explained why and wished me good luck. It was a very positive experience although I did not get the job. PS, I did not do the PLi test because I did it last year and HR said the result was good enough.
