Process started with HR interview...a sudden call without any earlier communication. After completing the HR round, HR was supposed to send mail and test details. But no mail or communication was sent even though next interview round was after a day. After calling 2-3 times, HR forwarded the mail which was sent to another candidate...in very unprofessional way. Technical round was not so difficult. But after that there was no communication from their side. At least a rejection mail or feedback was not sent/given even after so many calls.

Wrote tests first. Then was given a case study and told to prepare a presentation on it and what I observed, how I'd approach the problem. Initially given one day to prepare but managed to ask for extension based on a prior commitment on the day they wanted to do the interview.

awfully slow replies overall form recruiters... feel like they are going though some restructuring or something, interviews were good though with intelligent people who knew what they were talking about asking good questions

1-1.5 hours of job interview where the company recruiters asks you about your overall experience, company expectations, technical knowledge, salary expectations etc as well as 30 minutes of tests. Once you pass, you will be interviewed by the potential manager(s) with concrete questions about the position.
