Firstly applied online on a job site, after one week I received an email from Maersk saying my profile was ok. Then, they sent me two tests, the PLI and the PI, to complete and send them back within three days. Each test consisted in 50 questions to be answered in 12 minutes. 2 days after they received my tests they got back to me saying I didn't pass to the next phase. Suggestions: Previous practice is required in order to pass the PLI. Impressions: They seem to be more focused on the result of PLI tests rather than knowing you in person. At the end I am happy I didn't get this job.

Processo normal, padrão da maioria das empresas. Com interação do RH, Gestor, etc. Nada muito complexo ou inovador. Primeira abordagem foi por e-mail, depois teve uma conversa ao telefone, depois uma conversa com o gestor e depois veio o feedback padrão.

Initial application was through their website where you had to fill in the usual personal details and attach CV. Received an email from HR later that day inviting me to take part in their online tests. One is about how you would define your personality and traits the other is a mix of logic questions which you have 12 minutes to answer as many out of the 50 as you can. About a week later I was contacted by HR via email again and asked if I was free for a phone interview. This was fairly casual and was mainly about my current job; what I have to do on a daily basis, my skills, why I wanted to leave and why I wanted to work for Maersk. Was called back the same day and provisionally given an interview slot for an assessment day which would happen two weeks later. This was made official by HR via email the following week. Assessment Day was a fun group exercise, the 50 question timed test and then a competency based interview which felt relaxed and fairly casual. Received a phone call 2 weeks later and offered a position

Very friendly yet gathered a lot of information. Manager tried to make me feel comfortable in the questions as he could understand my nervousness.
Overall a good interview as I shared the experience I have in a sister industry which was relevant to the job description.
