Skype Interview followed by a face to face interview which included an LI and PI test. I'd never completed these and found the time I spent going through past test very useful - there isn't enough time to finish them all - so don't panic. The Skype interview was informal but very useful They ask they usual interview questions about your background and experience. The face to face was more rigorous but not formidable. The recruiter, Nigel Frank, were outstanding! I've not worked with a recruitment agency that sincerely wants to find a right fit for their client and for you.
