Very easy and straightforward. It focused on knowing the candidate on a personal level more than what might be present in the resume. Manager was very straightforward and communicated expectations very well. Offer was made within a week and although joining was delayed due to HR but still acceptable. Hiring manager also went over the responsibilities of other team members j was supposed to work with to give a better idea.
