Amazing process, 2 rounds of technical interview followed with HR interview, all done within 2 weeks and there were good communications over mail during the complete process. Got an offer soon after the HR interview and there was less need for negotiations.

A pre-interview phone call discussing general requirements for the role (location, salary, hybrid work model). Followed by (next week) a technical Microsoft call (background, introduction, 30-minute high-level coding talk, 30-minute coding task).
