I took part in the recruitment process at Mahle in Mogi Guaçu for a strategic role within the purchasing department of the site. My initial point of contact was with Ms. Alexandra Abreu, the recruiter. I wish to make a note of the high quality and empathy demonstrated by Ms. Abreu during the recruitment process, which was conducted with utmost professionalism, transparency, and empathy. The second level of the interview involved the head of purchasing for South America and the area supervisor, both of whom were exceptional professionals.
