The interview process only takes around 30minutes, it was quick and clear. They got back to me within a week for the next interview steps. after that, there were 2 other interview steps, the whole process take less than a month until the end result.
The hiring process also quick and very structure.

Recruiter got in touch with me a few days after I applied online. Had a first round screening 1 week later with the recruiter where they suggested I would be a good fit and would advocate for me to the hiring manager. Then recruiter ghosted me even after I followed up, heard from a ex-colleague that her friend ended up getting the role instead. Also because many of my friends work in the same industry, I have heard stories from them too about how they were ghosted by the recruiter after interviewing, so this seems to be an ongoing issue at maker lab.
