They initially sent an email with a document of questions, one of which was "what is the meaning of life" (really?). They then proceeded to a Skype video with the CEO that lasted all of 8 minutes, just a "face to a name" he said. Good way to screen out unwanted applicants based on age, disability or visible minority which is...against the law.
