A company recruiter contacted me via email and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. I took time from my busy schedule to discuss the role with the hiring manager for over 30 minutes, yet the recruiter failed to follow-up with the status of the position. The recruiter displayed a lack of professionalism and a lack of respect for my time. I would never apply to this company ever again.
