I identified the opportunity through a friend-of-friend, and conducted several emails in which I provided my resume, and the person at ManTech was very helpful in fully describing the position. I completed the on-line application, then met the person for a lunch and more exchange of information. The interview was set up at their facility. The whole process was 6 to 8 weeks. The interview was with 3 people and lasted a little more than an hour. I found out within a week that I was not selected because they needed a more senior and more experience PM.

Straightforward process, no surprises. Met various members of leadership and discussed roles and responsibilities. Would recommend learning about the company prior to the interview process - which is true for any company that you interview with.

Went through a second in-person interview four months later and again was told that they were waiting on a contract award before an offer would be extended

About an hour long interview. Very comfortable. Program manager discussed his program and the company and then asked me to share info about myself. Just felt like a normal conversation.
