In person interview, followed by panel interview from the management team. The interviews consisted of very basic IT questions, and things that pertain to their system. Everyone was very kind and patient.

Initial phone screen interview consisted of basic introductions ,quick rapport-building, recent background experience, related skills and experience, a bit of company culture introduction, and any applicable applicant expectations. interviewer was cordial, considerate, and the entire call was very welcoming and stress-free.
