Recruiter reached out to see if I was still interested in role, as previously applied months ago & passed Bryq assessment.
Assessment centre was held via Zoom - split into 3 parts; group tasks, technical tests and a 1-1 interview with senior member.
Started off with ice breaker questions - fun fact about yourself & choose next participant to tell their fact. Then learnt more about MF and role, then split into groups for task.
Group task: Scenario: Sample - List of 25 items, must decide on 7 items which will be needed & reason why, this will be shared to whole group.
Individual task: Sent example of customer complaint via email and had to write a response to the email scenario. Was then sent another email, where we had to circle/highlight the mistakes in this text - main focus was grammar & spelling.
Then had the 1-1 interview which was nice and relaxed, was able to talk more about my experience and what I would bring to MF. Overall, very good interview although not receiving offer due to answers and email task not being detailed enough. Also a diverse range of candidates, which was refreshing to see.
Was happy that the assessment centre was online as opposed to face-to-face, really hope other companies can adapt this approach.

•11-7:30pm
•2:30-11pm (Spring/Winter)
•3:30-12pm (Summer Hours)
5 days on/2 days off
WFH - Office based in Here East (Stratford, E20) & The Shard (London Bridge, SE1)
50% Employee Discount - Once probation passed.
£22k Salary - add. commission structure to earn up to £300+ per month based on customer care quality
