Received an OA soon after applying which was OK difficulty. Preparing for then beforehand would help a lot and probably increase your chances. No phone call, no in person interview.

The overall process went well. The test was not difficult. Just online multiple choice questions and code. The problem was with the timer. Average 30 seconds to answer an MCQ.
