The interview process consisted of 3 interviewers. I'll be honest, I felt under pressure at first as I've never been in front of a three-man panel, however, everyone was pleasant and made me feel relaxed which helped. The interview began with talking about what I know about the company and myself. You must do your research on the company, from when it was formed, who owns the company, its latest contract wins, the size of the company, some product knowledge, countries they operate in, and UK sites. Later the interview moved to talking about the role, what do you know about the role. Again, make sure you do your research about what it is you're applying for. Then the interview moved to the competency-based questions such as when have you shown integrity, when have you shown leadership, when have you shown cultural sensitivity etc. They also test you on the companies values, again, if you do your research this shouldn't be a problem. There were a few basic technical questions towards the end also. I'd say the whole interview took 2 and a half hours. Overall a really positive experience, one you should take seriously as it's brilliant preparation for other interviews you may have in the future!
